Head - Admin/Estate Management - Minimum 15 years experience in General Administration, House keeping, Security and Facility Management. - Ensure availability of Stock management, Keeping track and analysing department/school wise consumption and billing to the projects. - Should be able to handle multiple tasks at a time. - Liaison with all the vendors for smooth supply chain process. - Supervise and execute SOP for managing the front office, pantry, Mess, handling travel requirements for domestic including guest house booking etc. - Monitor and maintenance of lease and license agreements with all the vendors such as building power, infrastructure, parking and office infrastructure. - Should be able to recruit candidates for post of Personal Driver and Housekeeping for Company. - Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation PS - Candidate from Higher Education Industry will be given preference.
