Jobsfer is a job search service and offers users information about various job opportunities (like full time, part time, internships, etc.), walkins and services related to jobs.

Scope of Service:
  1. These terms and conditions are subject to occasional changes and apply to all our services that are directly or indirectly provided (i.e. via third parties) via the internet, on mobile devices, by email or by telephone
  2. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions and  Privacy Policy in full. You may stop using the Jobsfer website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Services and Contract
  • On the Jobsfer website, you have the ability to view jobs from third party websites.
  • In addition, for some jobs, users have the possibility of applying the selected job through a direct connection to the job portal websites. As a result, the application will be made directly on the job portal website and not on the Jobsfer website. In such cases, Jobsfer is not a job consultancy or the contractual party for the user, but only an agent providing the technical connection to the job portal websites. By applying for job on third party website, users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that website. These terms and conditions can be viewed on the website of the third party. Once a application is made on the website of a third party, a contract is concluded between the third party site and the user, and therefore no contract is concluded between the user and Jobsfer. Jobsfer is no contractual party to the job application and all and any claims of the user under the job application grievance are to be asserted against the third party and not against Jobsfer.

  • The protection of personal data provided by the user is the highest priority for us. As such, Jobsfer makes every effort to ensure compliance with data protection. For more information, please read our privacy policy.
  • Jobsfer collects, processes and uses your personal data only if we have obtained your consent or a permitted provision allows for the collection, processing or use of your data.
  • Jobsfer will only raise, process and use data necessary for the provision of the services rendered by Jobsfer, for the use and operation of the websites / apps and the services offered.
  • If the user has agreed to receive information about Jobsfer at any time while using Jobsfer's services, the user will receive periodic updates. The consent may be revoked at any time by written communication or by email unsubscription.

User Obligations

The user guarantees not to use the Jobsfer services to create content that:

  • does not have specific content for a reviewed item,
  • is not objective or intentionally untrue,
  • immoral, pornographic or in any other way offensive,
  • infringes upon the rights of third parties, in particular copyright,
  • violates applicable laws in any way or constitutes a criminal offense,
  • contains viruses or other computer programmes that may damage software or hardware or that may affect the use of computers,
  • is a survey or chain letter,
  • is aimed at collecting or using personal data from other users,

If there is a breach in the terms and conditions, Jobsfer reserves the right to remove content without declaration of reason, and to permanently ban user from Jobsfer network. The right to prosecution of criminal acts remains unaffected.

  • Jobsfer is not liable for the accuracy, quality, completeness, reliability or credibility of content provided by job portal sites. In particular, there is no advice or information from Jobsfer regarding the selection of jobs.
  • All agreements that arise through this service are between the Jobsfer user and the respective external job portal site. In particular, Jobsfer does not act as job consultancy agency at any time. The terms and conditions of the respective job portal or consultancy agency apply exclusively, especially regarding the right to cancel and to withdraw. The contact for the processing of application and payments (if any), as well as questions about the status, is the respective job portal site. Jobsfer remains uninvolved in such contractual arrangements, agreements and claims between the Jobsfer user and the respective external job portal sites.
  • Jobsfer does not verify the accuracy of content uploaded by job sites or the members of the Community. This content is made fetched from job sites/community for publication on our website with reference to the respective job. Jobsfer has no influence on this information (in particular description, location, skills etc.). The publication of user-generated content and reports on Jobsfer does not reflect the opinion of Jobsfer, in particular, Jobsfer does not claim this content as its own.
  • In particular, hyper links, advertising banners, information about jobs or providers and the like are fetched from job sites and Community members and do not represent recommendations or information from Jobsfer. For technical reasons, no updating of the job status are done at any time. Therefore it is possible that the job that appears on the job portal website does not correspond to the same status on the Jobsfer sites. Jobsfer does not guarantee the accuracy of information, in particular status and availability.
  • Jobsfer is not liable for technical malfunctions for which the cause is not within Jobsfer's web space of responsibility or for damages caused by force majeure. Jobsfer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of data and may perform technical maintenance during a freely chosen time period.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The current terms and conditions when using Jobsfer apply. Registered users receive notifications about changes by email. Users may download and print the current terms and conditions on their own computer system.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

The laws of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) apply.
